In this edition of Orthopedic Physical Assessment,information has been updated in all of the chapters,In addition,and in response to a number of requests. I have includedtables on the rehability and validity of many of special tests. In addition, I changed one of the chapters that was previously entitled"Preparticipation Evaluation" to chapter on primary care assesment,because many clinicians, In additional to physicians,are moving into the area of primary care. Thank to Elsevier,this edition is in full color,which has necesitated taking many new photographs and adding colored line drawings.Although some black and white photographs still remin, I believe these colored additions greatly enhance the book. |
