<note>The challenges facing health professionals who are dedicated to providing effective and efficienty,evidence-based,rehabilitation care to individuals with conditions affecting their ability to engage in essential daily activities and participate in meaningful roles are many. These challenges include the ever more rapidly advancing technology that tests our ability to remain up to date about available prosthetics and orthotic options, expectatios for productivity in practice reflected in the very real time contraints of daily patient care, and at the same time providing the best orthosis of prosthesis, and associiated rehabilitation care so that the individual can meet his or her personal goals when using the device. Clearly, optimun care for these individuals and their family requires the combined expertise of health professionals from many different disciplines. The complexity of the health care delivery and reimbursement sytems, at times, may make communication and collaboration problematic. Wehope that this work addressed this complexity by providing information from the perpectives of many members of the rehabilitation team.</note>
