psychological effects. Most women feel anxious when facing menopause because of
the symptoms they experience. Differences in symptoms are influenced by several
factors towards menopause. The purpose of this study was to analyse the differences in
factors affecting premenopausal syndrome with a focus on women aged 45-55 years.
The research design conducted was Cross Sectional with quantitative analysis research
design. The population used was women aged 45-55 years. Participants consisted of
women in the age range of 45-55 years. The data collected in this study were primary
data. Data obtained by asking closed questions through questionnaires that will be
answered by women aged 45-55 years. By focusing on this age group, this study is
expected to make a significant contribution to the scientific literature and provide a
basis for further research in exploring the factors that influence the signs of
premenopausal symptom
