A postpartum mother is a woman who has a new role as a mother
who has given birth to her baby for nine months or approximately 40 weeks (1).
During the recovery period, mothers experience many physiological physical
changes, which do not rule out the possibility of becoming pathology if not
followed by good care. The incidence of postpartum blues in the world
experienced by mothers after giving birth is around 70-80%, In addition, at the
Pasar Rebo Health Center, East Jakarta, 62.2% of mothers experienced
postpartum depression due to low husband support.
